Ultimate Fat Shredding Workout With Mike Chang

Today's video is from Six Pack Shortcuts with an ultimate fat shredding workout, only using 25 reps and two exercise. This works out most of your muscles, and helps get your metabolism going to burn a ton of calories. And when you burn calories, you burn fat! This is a workout that professional football players use to get RIPPED, and if you look at Mike Chang when he's doing this he's got some muscles on him.

The workout is 25 reps of cleaning press/burpees. Mike Chang says that

The cleaning press can be done with a regular barbell or an easy curl bar. Use a weight that you would feel is safe for you. Find a weight that will allow you to do this exercise for about 8 to 10 reps. Clean and presses are one of the most effective exercises for burning fat. This is a compound exercises that trains the entire upper body as well as some lower body for a tremendous amount of calorie burn.

I did a modified version of this with my kettlebell, alternating hands and cleaning with it, then doing the burpee portion. I need to get a barbell so I can do these properly because they look TOUGH.
