My Workout Of The Day

So day, I got up and ran, and then had such a great workout that I wanted to post what I did.

  • Run 20 Minutes
  • Kettlebell For 5 Minutes (Cleaning and Squats)
  • Yoga For 20 Minutes

I had cardio, strength training, AND stretching in my workout and I feel very good about it. The video that I used for Yoga was this one:

Personally I LOVED this video because when I was dying from the kettlebell and running, this helped me stretch out my muscles very gently.  The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I enjoyed stretching.

I need to use my kettlbell more, and focus on my left arm because I can tell a difference between the strength ability in my left and my right.  I’d love to get arm definition really quickly, but I know this is a process.  I’m also starting a push up challenge, which I will post here in a few days so keep checking back!
