So day, I got up and ran, and then had such a great workout that I wanted to post what I did.
- Run 20 Minutes
- Kettlebell For 5 Minutes (Cleaning and Squats)
- Yoga For 20 Minutes
I had cardio, strength training, AND stretching in my workout and I feel very good about it. The video that I used for Yoga was this one:
I need to use my kettlbell more, and focus on my left arm because I can tell a difference between the strength ability in my left and my right. I’d love to get arm definition really quickly, but I know this is a process. I’m also starting a push up challenge, which I will post here in a few days so keep checking back!
