To be done IN ADDITION to your normal workout
1. Sprints
2. 8 Jabs 4 SLOW switch kicks
3. 4 Jacks 1 Burpee
4. 4 count Push up hold (low/high)
5. Walking in Out abs( Lead 30sec R 30sec L)
