Wondering what the Best Leg Exercises are?  I was, so when I saw that Mike Chang was showing us what they were I got excited!  I love working out my legs, because that really helps me go faster when I swim, which has been my life long love.

So, to get the best leg workout, be sure to incorporate these:

  1. 180 Jump squats
  2. Standard squats
  3. In and out squats
  4. Jumping squats
  5. Crab walks
  6. Frog jumps
  7. Box jumps
  8. Sissy Squats
  9. Half rep squats
  10. Wall squats
  11. Standard Stationary 1 leg/ alternating leg lunges
  12. Back lunges
  13. Around the world lunges
  14. Jumping lunges
  15. Leg on bench/sofa luges
  16. Ski hops
  17. One leg toe touches
  18. Hydrants

  20. Hip thrusts 2/1 leg

I have what is probably an “unhealthy” obsession with squats, because I LOVE doing them, especially with my 16 Pound Medicine Ball, but I need to expand my leg workout routine so I’m thinking about adding in Hydrants, Donkey Kicks and Jumping Squats.  But the Ski Hops look like they could be seriously fun!  Was there anything on here that you think you’d want to?
