Quick 3 Minute Chest Workout
This is a nice clean quick workout to get you started on building up your chest muscles for summer. Do the set once for a quick warm up for the rest of your workouts, or do 3 sets to really work on bulking up!
The workout is:
- Side To Side Pushups — 10 Reps
- Dumbbell Flys — 10 Reps
- Bent Arm Side Lateral — 10 Reps
- Bent Over Side Lateral — 10 Reps
- Dumbbell Front Raises To Ceiling — 10 Reps
- Dumbbell Good Mornings — 10 Reps
