Anyone who has a Leg Day knows the hell of it: the next day you can’t walk, you’re sore, your legs are screaming…. And you keep going back for more! That’s why I’m bringing you this Leg Day workout from Mike Chang. You’ll build muscle, RIGHT AT HOME. That’s right, from your home. Don’t have access to a gym? That’s fine! You’ll still build great leg muscles and will have earned the right to say “I SURVIVED LEG DAY.”

Here’s the Leg Day Workout:

Warmup
10 reps each of Body Weight Squats, lunges, stiff leg dead-lifts, 20 high knees.

Workout ? Jumping Barbell Squats – 10 reps
? Jumping Barbell Lunges – 10 reps (each leg)
? Stiff One Legged Deadlift – 10 reps each leg
? Barbell High Knees – 25
? REPEAT 3 TIMES
