That's why I'm bringing you this Leg Day workout from Mike Chang. You'll build muscle, RIGHT AT HOME. That's right, from your home. Don't have access to a gym? That's fine! You'll still build great leg muscles and will have earned the right to say “I SURVIVED LEG DAY.”
10 reps each of Body Weight Squats, lunges, stiff leg dead-lifts, 20 high knees.
Workout ? Jumping Barbell Squats – 10 reps
? Jumping Barbell Lunges – 10 reps (each leg)
? Stiff One Legged Deadlift – 10 reps each leg
? Barbell High Knees – 25
? REPEAT 3 TIMES
