Tricep Rope Extension: 4 Sets, 15-10 Rep Range
Hammer Curl Cable Rope: 4 Sets, 15-10 Rep Range

SUPERSET: French Press Incline Dumbbell, Incline Dumbbell Curls: 4 Sets, 10 Reps

Behind the Neck 2 Hand Dumbbell Extensions: 4 Sets, 12-8 Reps
Cable Reverse Curls: 4 Sets, 12-10 Reps
Tricep Kickbacks: 3 Sets, 15 Reps
One Arm Iso Dumbbell Preacher Curls: 3 Sets, 15 Reps

Want to gain muscle mass even faster? Increase weight and reduce reps. You won’t get as much stamina, but your arms will BULK up. Your arms will feel like noodles at the end of this, which is GREAT. Fitspo people, you’ll have trouble getting your peanut butter out of the jar after this.
