Hello Workout Of The Day readers!  Time for another challenge!  Today’s workout features working out your arms.  I want you to do this workout at least two times through, but three if you can handle it.

These exercises can be done at home, in the gym, outside, where ever you want, just make sure you do them.  A tip on the planks: put a book under you and read through two pages to keep yourself there and not bored with the exercise!  If you need a reminder on how to do a burpee, refer to this post here: How To Do A Burpee.
