Butt Builder And Thigh Shrinker
Get A Defined, Lifted Butt And Get Rid Of Thunder Thighs!
Today we’re going to lift, tighten, and build our butts to fill out our skinny jeans ladies, and to get rid of those flabby thighs! This only requires three workouts, but they’re killer!
The workout is-
1. Three Position Lunges – 5 reps each leg
2. 180 jumping squats – 10 reps
3. Butt Raises- 10 reps each leg
Rinse and repeat two more times for a total of three sets! Keep doing glute exercises three times a week; you will thank me in the summer!
