The workout is:
- Decline push ups to regular push ups to incline push ups
- Jump switch lunges to squats
- Pull ups to chin ups
- Singe wave with the undulation rope
The trainer in the video says that “all exercises need to be done until no more strict reps can be completed, then you proceed to the next exercise. Do the full circuit 3 times and as you get better, shorten the rest periods.” The point of this is to teach your muscles endurance for the race, so you're not in too much unneeded pain because you didn't prepare!
