Try This Modified Spartacus Workout To Meet Your Fitness Goals
Even for those of us who’ve never seen Spartacus, we still know what they look like; completely ripped, lean, fighting machines. Any guy who wants to look like that should check out this video. If you’re a girl; remember you won’t get body builder muscles. Instead, you’ll slim down and tone up while having the strength to hip bump other women away from those cute shoes at the mall.
This workout only uses YOUR body weight, which I like, and later on I’ll be sure to post the FULL Spartacus workout for those of you who like using dumbbells! But for those of us who don’t, here’s this video.
