1. Power Cleans 3×3 Reps
2. DB Bench Press – 3×6 reps
3. DB Rows – 3×6 Reps
4. Front Squats – 2×5
5. Deadlift – 2×5
Do some sort of Cardio In Between Sets for 40 Seconds!
