To kick off Crossfit week, I wanted to show you this video of Olympian Cara Heads demonstrating proper weightlifting form. She’s really amazing!
Crossfit is an awesome program that helps people get into shape really fast, with short workouts, usually 20 minutes or less, that are SUPER intense and kicks most people butts.
Weightlifting is awesome because it helps boost your metabolism, gets your heart rate up, improves circulation, and workouts more than just your arms. It works your legs as well, and really helps tone your over all body as well as improving posture!
I’ve personally never done weightlifting, but I’m really looking forward to trying it out! Look for more weightlifting videos and crossfit videos in the upcoming week, because so many people have been requesting it!
