How to Get a Flatter Belly
Six pack abs are something that many people, both men and women, wish that they had. The problem is that they do not know the best exercises to get their abs into shape. Traditional sit ups will not give you a six pack. There are better exercises that are more effective that you can do instead.
Probably the best ab exercise that you can do is known as “the bicycle”. Lie on the floor with your hands behind your head and your legs off the floor. Slowly bring your right elbow and your left knee towards each other. Then do the opposite. Repeat several times.
Crunches are also effective. Start by lying on your back, hands behind your head. Slowly lift but only to the point where you feel a pull on your abs. Do not pull on your neck or go all the way up. Once you have mastered the simple crunch try it with your legs in the air, feet crossed at the ankles.
