Most people who are in intense training regimes like Crossfit neglect the most important part; nutrition.   This video will outline for you how to get proper nutrition while getting in shape, which will actually help you get the body you want even faster!  After all, abs are made in the kitchen and shown in the gym, which means you have to get your overall body fat down for your muscles to be able to show.

The key to this diet is meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar (except for the natural sugars from fruit), and having nutrition be the foundation of your health, instead of having your workout being what you build your health on.  Nutrition is the foundation, with met-cons, gymnastics, weightlifting and throwing, and sport following.
