In today's video, I'm going to show you how to do Supermans or reverse leg curls so you can work your hamstrings at home, because it is not always easy to work on them without a gym. This video is going to show you how to do intense hamstring workout without any equipment.
I want you to get the most out of this exercise, so make sure you follow my instructions in the video closely.
0:53 Get a buddy to help you out. He/she is going to hold on to your ankles.
1:11 Put your toes like mine, so your hamstrings are getting a good stretch.
1:32 Chest out, go down slow and catch yourself. Then push off just a little bit so you can go back to the starting position.
2:20 Try doing about 4 to 5 sets of about 10 reps, so you can work on your hamstrings at home. You want to work your way up to being able to do these workouts with only a little help from your hands.
2:31 This exercise is also great to throw into your gym routine, so you are not always doing the leg curl machine. It can add variety and increase your results.
3:10 This is how you are able to do this workout at the gym. You can do this workout anywhere that you have a bench and a pad.

Remember that training with full intensity is the key to building ripped muscles and getting six pack abs, but sometimes you need to start off slow until you figure out the proper form. Once you figure it out, you are ready to go big.
