Summer Is right around the corner, even though today in Texas it doesn’t feel like it. And ladies, that means fitting into bikinis! I know I want to show off my new rocking bod that I’ve working on for a few months now. But, with finals coming up I’m finding it harder and harder to fit in my workouts. So, this five minute workout is perfect for me. I still stay active, but I don’t have to devote an hour a day to working out!
The workout is:
-Standing Knee Raises (1 min)
-Bicycle Crunches (He calls them something else) (1 min)
-Body Curl N Lift (1 min)
-Side To Side Fist (Russian Twists) (1 min)
-Side Leg Curls (1 min)
