Try This Home Fitness Workout To Burn Calories Fast

Here’s a really intense crossfit workout that I found that will rev up that metabolism to burn a ton of calories really quickly! You use these four exercises for fifteen minutes to get a great home workout in that will leave you feeling great afterwards!
This is a good beginners workout, because it’s not too complicated, but you can rev up the intensity by using heavier dumbbells. Those push ups look HARD, I don’t think I had ever seen those before.
The exercises are-
• squat, lateral raise and push-press combo
• Reverse lunge and dumbell swing
• Bicep curl and step
• Full body plyometric push up
These use your whole body, and will work most of your muscles in ways that they haven’t been used in a while. Howd you like the burn?
