This video was great and exactly what I needed today! This is a full body workout, with the two best beginner body weight workouts, that don’t require any weights or equipment except for pullup and chin ups. They recommend doing three sets of 10 reps each.
They discuss proper form, and even offer a modified version of a pushup that will still get you the results you want! The crow pose is the hardest workout in the video for me, but that’s because I have no balance. I kept falling over but I’m determined to work on it till I get it! Personally I love yoga, so any one who uses yoga poses in their workout videos is going to be alright by me. I thought that the shoulder presses with the downward dog was really innovative, and it definitely worked!
The tip I liked the most was the pull up and chin up one; jump UP and then slowly lower yourself down to workup to being able to get to the point of being able to actually doing a pullup!
