Crossfit Workout With Box Jumps

Great Crossfit Workout To Get You Going

Get Moving With This Crossfit Video!

I wanted to post an actual crossfit workout video, so I found this one that was made for prepping for the Crossfit games.  There’s technically FOUR versions of this workout; one for men, one for women, and two for more advanced crossfit trainees.

To do this workout, you need a gym of some sorts, so this workout isn’t for everyone.  However, I liked this video because it showed you the proper form of how to do these exercises, and the different ways you can complete the Push Press.  This is aimed at people who are actually planning on completing the Crossfit games, and tells you what will be counted as “no reps” during the games, so if this applies to you make sure you pay attention!

The workouts are as follows:

Men
15 Box jumps, 24″ box
115 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar

Women
15 Box jumps, 20″ box
75 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar

Masters Men
15 Box jumps or step-ups, 20″ box
95 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar

Masters Women
15 Box jumps or step-ups, 20″ box
55 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar

Those toes-to-bar look tough! I’m not able to do those yet as I don’t have the equipment, but tell me how YOU liked them!
