Workout For Ten Minutes And Feel The Burn!

Today’s workout feature:

  • Triceps dips
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Side to side pushups
  • Jack Knives

These moves are sure to workout your chest and your core, to tighten up, bulk up, and get fit!  Do ten reps of each exercise, and I’d do two sets to push myself.  If you’re a beginner, do only one set, till you feel comfortable enough to do another set of the Double C Workout!
