The Official Spartacus Blood and Sand Workout Routine Demonstrated:
Have you been watching Spartacus on Showtime? I have – pretty much from the very beginning episodes.
When Actor Andy Whitfield died on September 11, 2011, he played Spartacus in the first season, I really didn’t think the series would be able to continue.
But, they made a Bold move and cast Liam McIntyre in the Lead Role and has done an admirable job in the Spartacus Role.
So I went on a search for the Workout the Actors in Spartacus used to get Cut and Ripped and Bulked up like they are.
And I was not disappointed. Let’s face it – you MUST get Serious to get the body definition that the actors in the Spartacus Series have.
This is an Intense Circuit Exercise that will give you a Spartacus Ripped Body
You do each Exercise for 60 Seconds and Rest 15 in between.
Do a total of 3 Circuits.
