Everyone Benefits From Kettlebells!


So I’ve been wondering what exactly is so great about Kettlebells?!  Yeah, they provide weight, but wouldn’t just a regular weight do that as well?  This video explained it for me, and I’m probably going to start on my own kettlebell training tomorrow!

Everyone can benefit from kettlebells, and you get a very complete workout in a short amount of time, getting more benefit out of 5-10 minutes than 30 minutes at the gym. Kettlebells can help you get your body back after having kids, and you can get what’s called a “kettlebell butt”, which all women love!

You don’t have to use a gym to get the body you want, because the kettle bell engages the whole body, and can be used in the conjunction with things such as Tai Chi, Karate, Dancing, and Swimming!

Here’s a great kettlebell workout routine that I found for your glutes and your obliques:

  • 20 Kettlebell Squats
  • 20 Swings
  • 20 Kettlebell Walking Lunges
  • 20 Swings
  • 20 Kettlebell Deadlift
  • 20 Jumping squats
  • 20 Kettlebell Front Squat
  • 20 Jumping Lunges
  • Repeat workout
