Make Your Fat Cry From This 6 Minute Workout

Hey guys! I found this awesome 6 minute intermediate workout for men (though women can do it too, obviously), featuring a trainer that I’ve actually showed before.  He’s very motivational, and his workouts are intense and fast paced for those of us who need that extra push!  I’m going to have to get my dad to start doing these with me, because these workouts are great and are really helping my whup my lazy butt back into shape.
The workout is very “simple”, because you only have three moves to do for 6 minutes:
  • Standing Twists (30 seconds)
  • Standing Oblique Crunch ( 30 seconds)
  • Standing Oblique Pull Downs (30 Seconds)

You repeat this set for 6 minutes or longer, and it definitely made my fat cry after only 6 minutes.  I like these intense workouts because I’m a college student as well as working for this blog, so I don’t have a lot of free time.  Getting in shape is important to me though, so workouts like this help me keep in shape without investing hours of my time that I don’t have!
