- Standing Oblique Pull Downs (30 Seconds)
You repeat this set for 6 minutes or longer, and it definitely made my fat cry after only 6 minutes. I like these intense workouts because I'm a college student as well as working for this blog, so I don't have a lot of free time. Getting in shape is important to me though, so workouts like this help me keep in shape without investing hours of my time that I don't have!
