So, I’ve been super busy with school this past week and finals are less than two weeks away. That means I’m super stressed because I have a heavy course load and I want to maintain my 3.8 GPA through the end of this semester. When I found this stretching video, I had to share it!
Yoga’s a great way to relax when you’re stressed, so if you’re having a stressful time at work at at school, check out this video and feel yourself unwind!
