Second Workout Of The Day Challenge
Get On Your Feet And Move!
No video again today, because it’s time for another workout of the day!
The Workout:
Do this 2-3 times, depending on how winded you are after set number 2, and then go finish it up by eating a nice healthy post workout meal!
I like to use this as my warm up to my kettlebell workouts, so you could also use it for that! This works out most of your body, and you get some cardio in there as well to get your heart rate going right from the start.
