Hey everyone! I’ve been super busy getting registered for classes, and then was sick for two days so posting was a bit hard! The two days I was up on campus I walked around for several hours, so I counted those as my daily workouts, but then I’ve been sick the past two days as well.
So I fell off the bandwagon! Luckily, I’m hoping right back on, and working on my sexy arms with Cassey Ho from Blogalaties to get my arms nice and toned for summer.

It was a really great workout, and I feel like I’m going to be able to jump back into working out with little difficulty. Tomorrow I will officially be starting my Kettleworx workout set, which I really hope to see great results from that. Be sure to keep checking back in for progress with the kettlebell!
Nutrition: Even though I haven’t been steadily working out, I’m really not too worried because I’ve still been eating CLEAN! On the road and up on campus, I ate SO many bananas. I got around three bunches so I could eat those for snacks and breakfast, and for lunches/dinners I usually had no sodium, organic tomato soup (It was GOOD). I also had a veggie burger up on campus, with sweet potato fries, and I was so happy with where I ate!
It’s not hard to eat clean on the go, the trick is to make sure you also are staying hydrated! If you get a reusable water bottle and refill it at gas stations, I’ve found that to work the best for me, but every is different!
