Today’s workout is a cardio workout! Unfortunately, I’m not getting to do it because I am on my way to my college so I can get registered. I’ll do this when I get back tomorrow though, and I’m really looking forward to it because it looks really challenging and exciting!
It’s three MONSTER sets of exercises, meant to get your heart pumping and get you sweating to start your day off right!

**Repeat for 3 sets
25 Push up
25 Towel to chestMonster set 2

Inclined push up
Towel bent over rowMonster set 3
**Repeat for 3 sets
25 Clap and squeeze
25 Towel shoulder raise
