For those of you who like working with free weights, dumbbells, and are wanting to build some serious muscle, check out this video featuring Mike Chang.
This is an amazing at home workout, but make sure that you take breaks so you don’t hurt yourself, especially it you’re a beginner.
The main exercises in this video are Military Presses, Upright Rows and Bent Over Side Laterals, all targeting your shoulders. It’s sure to help you build your shoulders, in only 15 minutes!
The workout is:
- Military press – 12 reps , 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps — rest 10 sec in between each set
- 2 minute rest
- Upright rows – 12 reps , 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps — rest 10 sec in between each set
- 2 minute rest
- UPRIGHT ROW – – 12 reps , 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps — rest 10 sec in between each set
MILITARY PRESS – Try to arch your back and bend your legs as little as possible to really isolate your shoulders.
UPRIGHT ROW – Try to avoid SWINGING the weight up with your back — stand as straight as possible, and move the weight upwards with your shoulders.
