RIPPED Six Pack Abs From A 15 Minute Home Video
Who here wants to watch the fat melt away and leave six pack abs, or even just definition, in its place, with a 15 minute home workout? Since everyone will answer yes to that question, I’ll leave this intense workout video here. This is the P90X Ab Ripper X workout, demonstrated so you have a visual of what to do.
I know I want to get nice definition in my abs, so I’m going to be doing this 1-2 times a week, but to really get that six pack, I’d recommend doing it 3-4 times a week. This workout is amazing at sculpting the abs you always wanted, so be sure to stick with it even though you’ll be completely exhausted at the end of it!
