Advanced Kettlebell Workout

Get A Ripped Bod In Less Than 10 Minutes!

This video is to help kick up your kettlebell workout to a level where I know that I can’t go yet, as it’s for more advanced users. It features three easy to grasp workouts, and combines them into a kick butt kettlebell circuit that’ll leave you feeling super accomplished.
The three moves he uses are:
• Reverse lunge (10 reps each side)
• Single leg balance with a back row (10 reps each side)
• Around the world swing (15 reps)
This workout workouts all of your body in a way that normal exercises wouldn’t because you have to engage so many muscles while using your kettlebell. Make sure that you do equal reps on each side to workout the other side of your body as well. This is a great basic advanced workout because it only requires three different workouts to complete a very intense workout for the day in less than 15 minutes. As always, make sure to exercise caution when using a kettle bell as to not injury yourself.

I can’t wait to be able to workup to doing these exercises, because wow this guys strength is amazing. I’m working with my dad’s 16kg kettlebell with swinging, and I’m going to start using an 18lbs kettlebell to do the other workouts I’ve posted.
