Use These Four Moves To Get Bikini Body Ready

 

Now ladies, I know that all of us want to work on our abs for summer, but you’re still going to want to fill out a bikini bottom as well!  So to help you do that,  here’s a quick video demonstrating four moves to build your butt and slim down your legs.  You can do these exercises anywhere and anytime!

The workout is:

  • Close stance jumping squats (I’d recommend doing 15 and then increasing it every time)
  • Barbell squats (8-10 reps)
  • Wide jumping squats (15 then increase next time)
  • Wide barbell squats (8-10 reps)

The close stance jumping squat is what’s going to kill you the most, trust me, it they’re so worth it!  I can’t wait for the summer to show off the body I’ve been working on, how about you?
