Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits, because not only do they taste great, but they’re also really good for you.
Benefits of blueberries include;

- Prevent Cancer
- Prevent Heart Disease
- Low in calories
- High in Soluble Fiber
They’re perfect for snacking on throughout the day, but I also love to make a smoothie out of them. I out a few handfuls of blueberries, a handful of spinach or kale, one cup almond milk, and a few cubes of ice to make a very satisfying and filling shake that keeps me full for a while.
