I always love Linsday’s videos from Insane Home Fat Loss, and this video is no different! She always combines new moves that whup my butt, and keeps it intense.
She demonstrates the moves, and tells you common mistakes and how to avoid them. This is very important, because form will help your workout SO much, and will actually make or break it.
This routine is perfect for getting lean muscle, which will slim you down over all as well as making you stronger! You won’t get a 6 pack with this, but it’ll help tone up that stomach ladies.
1. Plank Pull Ins – 30 seconds
2. Plank Frog Pull Ins – 30 seconds
3. Knee to elbow planks – 30 seconds

I did this 3 times today randomly, because today was a busy day getting all my things ready to move off to university! I find it very important to still get in SOME exercise in the day.
I actually really hate going to the gym and working out for several hours at a time, I’d rather spread it out over the day. This doesn’t work for everyone though! To check out what all I did today, be sure to check back later tonight, and to see what I ate!
