10 Minute Crossfit Class For A Total Body Workout

I know a lot of people who read this blog LOVE crossfit, so I try to cater to their likes, but it’s hard for me to find a workout I like that uses crossfit! I liked this one though, so I thought I’d share it for other people who might not be as much of a crossfit fanatic as I know some of you are. The workout wasn’t unreasonably challenging, and it was kind of fun to do.

What did you like most about it? I liked that it worked out my whole body, but I didn’t like the lunges, because lunges and I have a love hate relationship to begin with. The bicycle crunches were really fun, but the mountain climbers left me really out of breath!
