Work Your Hips, Thighs, And Butt With Yoga And Pilates

Today we’re using Pilates and Yoga to not only slim down the thighs, hips, and butt, but we’re also opening up and stretching the hips and back! Lengthen your legs with this video, as well as burn calories for a very satisfying workout.

There’s two videos for you today, both relating to the hips and thighs. I felt really challenged by the workout, but when I noticed I really needed to stretch I figured I would share the yoga video with you as well!

This first video is a Pilates video meant to “burn calories, strengthen the core, and build lean muscle as you tone the hips, thighs, legs, abs and buns with a unique series of Pilates Floor exercises. Blast away cellulite and burn fat as you slim the waistline with Iconic Fitness Legend, Denise Austin.”

You can work on your lower half with this video, which is really fun because Denise is so upbeat and friendly, and she talks you through the moves. I really enjoyed it, and I bookmarked this for further use because I really could feel it in my thighs.

However, I noticed that once again, my hips were really tight, so I knew I needed to stretch them out. Enter today’s yoga video! The description on the video: “the hip openers will help ease pain and tension in the low back, sciatic nerve (sciatica), knees and ankles. Tight hips can cause pain throughout the legs and can result in hip replacement if the joint becomes too stressed” described what I was feeling, and it really helped me in just 15 minutes.

Do you notice a difference in the way you feel after these two videos?
