This workout is so SIMPLE, but it really makes your burn! I could feel the burn in my legs! I’ve given up on using anything BUT pilates for my legs, because this is what has given me the best results. It’s helped toned, slimmed, and firmed my leg muscles the way they were when I was swimming every day!

It’s important to note that you have to do this video a few times (I’d say 3-4), to get the most out of it, other wise you can use it as a warmup for your real workout!

Cassey is so sweet and encourages you the entire way, making sure you keep up with her and offers pointers on form. I personally really love to workout to her pilates videos because they tone up my body the way that I want, and I have a lot of fun while doing it!
