Not all of us are at a great fitness level, so I figured I should post a video about some basic ab workouts to help people get started. You can do this workout at home, doing at least 15 reps of each exercise, then doing as many sets as you feel comfortable doing.
I worked out to this video this morning right before classes started, and I felt great! It was a good way to wake up and get a head start on my day. The workout included Crunches, Butterfly Crunches, Crunches on an Exercise Ball and Planks. She had an exercise that worked out my obliques, which I used my new 15 lbs kettlebell to get a great workout!
