That was mainly strength and raw power, so this video for Sabertooth works your flexibility as well as getting a great fat loss burn with cardio. The workout is:
Beginners- Sabertooth Crawls (modified bear crawls) – Ten Yards of Sabertooth Crawls then sprint back to beginning for 5-10 times.
Advanced- Sabertooth crawls up a hill, jog back down the hill in a zig-zag. (10 Minutes)
