Use Kettlebells To Further Enhance Your Swimming Workout

I used to be a swimmer on the local summer swim team, and lately I’m regretting having dropped swimming because that’s when I was in my best shape. I really want to get back into it, because I always felt my best after a hard swim, and loved competing in races. I found this video that helps swimmers by working out on dry land that will then correspond with their strokes in the pool

The moves used in this workout are:
Kettlebell Cleans
Kettlebell Arm Bar
Kettlebell Hi Pulls
Kettlebell Suitecase Deadlift
Renegade Rows
D.A.R.C Swings
I didn’t do all of these, because I don’t have two kettlebells, but from the looks of it this would be an extremely intense workout that would make you explosive in the pool. You need arm strength to pull yourself through the water, and this would definitely build up enough muscles to do that!
