Get Rid Of Those Love Handles In Three Moves!

Try These Three Moves To Melt That Fat Away

To effectively get rid of Love Handles, you have to not only do oblique exercises, but you have to combine that with cardio and proper nutrition.  This isn’t a nutrition blog (yet, but I’m trying to convince my dad to let me post more nutrition posts because I love the nutrition aspect of working out), but what we can help out with is the cardio and the love handles!

 

To do this exercise,  we start out by doing side oblique toe taps (or knee taps depending on your fitness level), doing about 15-25 reps on each side.  Next is corkscrews for 20 reps (10 reps on each side), then v-sit bicycles for 30 seconds.  I do this for 15 to twenty minutes, and man my abs were on fire after those corkscrews! This video doesn’t mess around, these were hard!  I’m going to start incorporating these into my daily workout, and see how fast my love handles melt away.
