Amazing Home Workout Using Only Your Bodyweight

Workout Your Whole Body!

We all want to get into shape and to look like our favorite superheroes because of how ripped they are.  This video is a great bodyweight workout for strength based off of The Amazing Spiderman.  The only equipment you need is a jumprope for the double unders because the rest is based off your own body weight!

The workout is:

Spiderman Push-up or Ballistic Spiderman Push-up 4 x 8
Lateral Broad Jumps 4 x 8
Pull-up + Toes To Bar 4 x 8
Double Unders Jump Rope 4 x 8
Dip + Leg or Knee Raise 4 x 8

This is an intense workout that’s not for the feint of heart, but it will get you into crime fighting shape in no time!
