In this video, Certified Turbulence Trainer, Brian Kalakay shows you a NO equipment bodyweight workout you can do at home to get lean and ripped.
Do the following 4-exercise circuit three times, resting 1 minute between each circuit. Rest as little as possible otherwise.
1. Push-ups (40 reps)
2. Bodyweight Squats (40 reps)
3. Mountain Climbers (40 reps)
4. Bodyweight Row (40 reps)
Rest 1 minute, and repeat 2 more times. After last circuit, rest, then do the following bodyweight exercise 1 time.
1. Jumping Jacks (20 reps)
So there you have the Bodyweight 500 no-equipment workout you can do at home, anytime.
