Does KettlebellWorx Work? The answer to that is… YES! I can’t recommend K.W enough. It’s AMAZING. I tried the fast abs and I was out of breath in the first five minutes. I have the rest of the workouts on order, and I hope to see amazing results from them.
This video gives you an idea of what the Kettlebell Worx workout is about, and gives you some of the audio in case you don’t have the DVDS. If you don’t have the DVDs and really like kettlebells… I HIGHLY recommend you get them. I have an order of ten DVDS coming, and I’ll be posting before and after pictures after I have completely finished doing these.
