This workout was fun to do.  It uses a lot of pilates exercises, while proving that men can benefit from pilates just as much as women can!  You feel this workout DEEP in your abs the next day, I know I did.  It’s pretty incredible just how much this works out your body.

Remember, to see REAL results, be sure  to eat clean with lots of fruits and vegetables. This will help with bloating, which is a big factor in getting a flat stomach.  And don’t forget your cardio!
