When I don’t feel like going to the gym, but I want to still workout from home without any weights, I find it really useful to have videos like this to provide a good workout for me! I love the fact that it’s a home bicep workout without weights, so I can do it anywhere!

This workout utilizes Isometric exercises to build your muscles, even if you’re a beginner, woman, or a teenager!

Isometric Bicep Curl: (Active 12 sec/Rest 12 Sec ) x4
Isometric Hammer Curl (Active 12 Sec/ Rest 12 Sec ) x 4
Isometric Bicep Press (Active 12 Sec/ Rest 12 sec) X 4

This is definitely unlike any workout I’ve ever done before and I encourage you to try it to see if you enjoy it!
