This woman’s workout looks very hard, but she looks SUPER in shape so I’ll do her workouts if it means getting in that kind of shape. This video offers different modifications to make it easier for beginners or if you don’t have certain equipment. I had never done a toe touch with a V and it was more difficult than I thought it was going to be!

What’d you like most about the workout? I like how it’s short but rather intense, and you can extend the workout when you get to a higher fitness level. I know I want to get abs like her, so I’m working on my core as much as I can while doing a lot of cardio and eating healthy.
