Sincere Hogan was so excited for Wolverine: Origins that he made a Wolverine style workout to unleash the beast in you!  Men and Women can both benefit from this workout, with the men getting as jacked as Hugh Jackman and for the women to get long and lean.


Sincere makes it easy to get into villain fighting shape by using two simple workouts using kettlebell combos and by getting that important cardio in by using jump ropes.  His kettlebell combos engage all of your core muscles, your arm muscles, and your abs.  By doing five kettlebell swing/clean and jerk, and overhead kettlebell twist to both sides, 100 jump rope repetitions, and ten burpees, which are combination pushups, knee tucks, and jumping knee tucks.  If you these as many times as you can in ten minutes, you'll be in shape in no time!


When jumping, you want to make sure you're pushing off with the balls of your feet, just enough to get the rope under, and that you're turning with your wrists instead of your arms to go fast.  When using kettlebells, don't use the light ones; if you want results, use real kettlebells to unleash your inner Wolverine and explode into action!
