- Kipping pull-ups – 20 reps, 3 seps, 90 econd rest

My favorite part of this workout were the Ice Skaters, because it was something that I had never tried before and it was an interesting experience. They’re something that I’ll keep in my workout arsenal because it got my blood pumping and heart rate going while still being fun!
