To wrap up our Wolverine themed workouts, here’s an amazing video to add seven more exercises to help get your body into the shape that you want, fast!

For quick reference, the workout consists of;

  • Single leg squats- 10 Reps, 4 Sets, 30 second rest
  • Kipping pull-ups – 20 reps, 3 seps, 90 econd rest
  • High cable chest press – 10 reps, 4 sers, 30 second rest
  • Ice skaters – 45 sec reps, 3 sets, 30 sec rest,
  • Standing barbell shoulder press – 10 reps 4 sers, 30 second rest
  • Decline cable extension – 10 reps, 3 sets, 30 sec rest
  • Reciprocating DB Curls – 10 reps, 3 sets, 30 sec rest

My favorite part of this workout were the Ice Skaters, because it was something that I had never tried before and it was an interesting experience.  They’re something that I’ll keep in my workout arsenal because it got my blood pumping and heart rate going while still being fun!  Another thing to keep in mind while working out is like in the video, listen to music that gets you going and motivated, something that makes you in top mutant condition.
