The Intense Workout For People Serious About Losing Weight

My dad loves kettlebells, that’s one of his favorite workouts.  So today I found a kettlebell workout video for real men to challenge him.

Kettlebells are so versatile in the options you have to use them as a workout enhancer, so they’re a great investment!  They’re the weights that will get you long and strong in no time flat, because of the intensity of the workout when using them.

The “Heaven and Hell” workout is a short, brief, intense workout, because it raises your metabolic rate to burn calories even when at rest.  Steve Maxwell starts out by doing kettlebells raises and works up in intensity to work on his different muscles.  It’s important to only do five reps of each workout so you don’t burn out your muscles.  He moves onto circular movements with the kettlebell, then to reverse lunges while holding the kettebell, holding it with both hands. This workout is intense, and only takes a few minutes a day, so it’s perfect for those of us who don’t want to be working out for hours and hours on end with 2 lb weights and seeing minimal results.
